Helply – A brand evolution for Groove
A couple of years ago, Groove, a help desk SaaS company, approached me and my team with an exciting opportunity. They were considering a brand evolution for their product, intending to launch it under a new name: Helply. Although the rebranding was ultimately not implemented, I had the privilege of crafting a comprehensive visual identity for Helply that I' still find relevant to showcase in my portfolio.
Concept and Vision
The core idea behind Helply was to provide a supportive, growth-oriented platform for new businesses. Recognizing the challenges faced by small enterprises on limited budgets, Helply was envisioned as a cost-effective yet comprehensive solution. Our mission was to deliver essential support without the hefty price tag, empowering businesses to excel.
Brand Identity
Helply was designed to be a steadfast sidekick for its users, embodying a vibrant and positive visual identity. The brand aimed to infuse good vibes into every interaction, featuring a set of cheerful stickers as friendly reminders of daily goals. The entire Helply user experience was crafted to remind users of the joy found in small successes.
Connecting Merchants
Our identity aimed to unite merchants who share a passion for healthy growth and user-focused development. We wanted to ensure that even those with limited time and resources could feel supported and inspired. Helply's identity was all about celebrating progress, no matter how small, and fostering a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
