  • Mental health conditions, including ADHD, cost the global economy around $1 trillion annually in lost productivity.

    Blu is specifically designed to support neurodivergent employees, offering a comprehensive suite of tools and resources that enhance workplace productivity and well-being.

    As a co-founder and product designer, my role was to define Blu’s visual and product experience while ensuring that new features were effectively prioritised for the MVP.

    My business partner, and I conducted a series of workshops, leveraging various frameworks to analyse user interviews and data, which informed our feature prioritisation. I then designed Blu’s complete visual identity, including the logo, typography system, illustrations, and brand hierarchy. Additionally, I created a scalable design system to maintain consistency and efficiency in development.

    The outcome was a high-fidelity prototype, which we used to pitch Blu to investors, showcasing its potential for growth.
